Appreciate the quality and customer service

I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time experiencing one of their sofas. And there was no way to see it before ordering. Luckily it arrived and looks great. I also appreciated the customer service. While it did take a number of weeks to arrive because I chose a custom color, the customer service replied quickly each time I reached out with a question or tracking info.
