I have been looking for a sofa for my apartment and a friend of mine sent this one as it was discounted. At first, I wasn't too sure about the website because it was found on Instagram with little to no reviews. After contacting their customer service, I decided to make the purchase. It came within 2 weeks in 2 big boxes. Got some issues with the USA customs and Zip payment plan, but Intuition Decor's customer service agents were super nice and supportive through it all! They made my experience so much better. Assembling the sofa took some time on my own but the instructions were clear. The sofa is firm, but comfortable. The color and fabric are really nice as well (see attached close-up). I'm super impressed!

I was a bit unsettled about purchasing since there were no reviews, but saw someone on Reddit say it worked out for them so I figured I'd go for it. The sofa shipped super fast. Ordered 11/26 and received 12/4. The quality is great, sturdy, very nice fabric... I can see the sofa lasting a reallllly long time. I got the ottoman as well, and I slept on the couch and ottoman last night and it was more comfortable than my bed. The furniture bases are made with very high density memory foam, so as you slowly sink into the down cushion with prolonged sitting, you never reach a hard surface because it's just memory foam under, so you feel constantly supported and weightless like you're on a cloud. It feels firm at first, but then you realize after a few moments that the couch and cushion kinda conforms to you subtly. Very deep seated, I can sit cross legged on it. Color is a little more like cream irl rather than a blue-white, which is great imo. I highly recommend for the price.

I was unsure initially about ordering but I received my chair, stool and three seater in perfect condition and am extremely impressed with the quality, customer support considering this was most affordable I could find these items anywhere. Thanks!

At first I was worried because the prices here are surprisingly reasonable, and with no reviews I was left anxious. But within a week I had the couch in my home, with great shipping time, and with the item exactly as described. Will purchase from here again!
