We ship Contiguous United States and Canada from our California warehouse.
SHIPPING FEES
  • We offer free shipping for US and Canada customers(excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
  • US orders will be efficiently processed at our Los Angeles dispatch center.
  • As for most Canadian orders, we will ship the items from our US warehouse and for some collection we have stock in Vancouver or Toronto warehouse we might ship from Canada. Additionally, if we ship from US we will gladly cover any associated import tax costs, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
PROCESSING TIME
  • All orders are shipped within 2 working days. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday
  • We only proceed shipping during weekdays, no shipping can be arranged during weekend or Federal public holidays.
  • A shipment notification email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped. If you don’t receive the shipping confirmation email, try to check your trash/spam mailbox first, and get in touch with us if you still cannot find in your email box and we will sort it out.

Custom order, Pre-order & Out of stock
  • At our store, we offer custom orders, pre-orders, and out of stock items. For these types of orders, we will contact you via email within one working day to provide you with all the necessary details. Our team will confirm the order information and advise you on the estimated lead time.
  • Custom orders typically require 4-8 weeks for delivery, while pre-orders and out of stock items may take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, so you are welcome to confirm the order or cancel it if you do not wish to wait.
P.O Box Or Wrong / Incomplete Address
We do not ship to P.O box or APO addresses. Please make sure you provide the correct address and contact details to avoid the delay or re-deliver of your package. In case that buyer provides a wrong address please contact us as soon as possilbe and we may be able to reschedule the delivery with courier but customer will need to pay the extra shipping cost.
Delayed Or Lost Orders
Although orders normally take less than the expected delivery time we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Once the parcel lost we will claim to the courier and re-deliver your order. A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days.
Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will help you with a repair or a replacement.
Buyer Refuse Delivery
if buyer refuses the delivery without a good reason, he/she will need to pay the shipping cost and return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee, and when the packages return to our warehouse, we will subtract the amount and then issue a refund.
