How Long could I receive my order?
We stock in Califronia and depending on where you are, it takes 2-7 working days to get your cloud sofa in US. It might get a bit delay during peak seasons like black friday promotion when we have large volumn of orders to proceed.
Is the cover washable/changable?
Yes, the covers for cloud sofa is washable and we offer a wide range of colors and fabrics if you need to change the cover. Contact us for more details
Down for fiber-fill?
Our down cushions are soft and luxurious. Models that are made from down feathers are intentionally built with a foam/down ratio that delivers the most sensual comfort experience, whilst delivering visual and comfort performance for years to come. If you use too much down, the seat will be deformed in years to come, if you use too little down, the sofa will not exhibit the amazing comfort people expect from feathers.
Can I customize the cloud couch?
The cloud sofa is our most popular modular sofa. To a certain degree, we are able to customise the size of the sofa. However, we have to work in the parameters of the modular dimensions when customising the sofa. It is important to remember, the Cloud is a highly modular sofa, and as result dimensions cannot be changed as this would reduce the functionality and connectivity of each peice.
Cloud Warranty
We provide the following supplier warranties against defects: The Cloud sofa has a 5 year structural on frames; 3 year on seating and mechanisms (mechanisms covered to 120 kg weight load only) and 1 year on stitching/covering.

BEST most Comfie couch ever! Love how easy the Nuubes cloud is to put togehter right out of the box, but also sturdy, and honesly so comfrotable!
The company is a dream to work with, sent messages on the Intuition Decor instagram page with an Immediate and helpful responses! Recieved the Nubles quickly like within a week for my daughter's new apartment in Dallas she and her roomate are so happy, even better can change the look whenever they want with new colors by ordering varies cloud sofa covers!
